First, how similar or different are the theoretical perspectives and empirical results that have been associated with studies of adolescent sexuality compared to those that are associated with other adolescent behaviors? Second, to what extent does adolescent sexual activity covary with certain adolescent problem behaviors such as drug, alcohol, and cigarette use or delinquent behavior or other adolescent activities such as school performance or employment?
